Privacy policy
Data we process
When you visit the site, its hosting and security infrastructure may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and the time of the request. When you use the contact form, we process the email address, subject, and message you choose to send.
Why we use it
We use technical data to operate, secure, and improve the site. We use contact messages to respond to your request. We rely on legitimate interests for site operation, abuse prevention, and responding to messages.
Hosting, security, and analytics
The site and contact form are served through Cloudflare. Turnstile is used on the form to prevent automated messages and abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for aggregated traffic and performance statistics; it does not use analytics cookies or access browser storage. Meliavum does not use advertising cookies.
Messages sent through the form are delivered by Resend to contact@meliavum.com, then forwarded by Porkbun to a Gmail address operated by Meliavum. These providers may process the email address, metadata, and message content to deliver and protect email. Resend stores account data and email logs in the United States, even when delivery is configured from an EU region.
Retention
We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to respond and manage the correspondence, then delete them when they are no longer needed, unless longer retention is necessary for a legal obligation or dispute.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction, or deletion of your data; restriction of or objection to certain processing; and, where applicable, data portability. For a request or privacy question, contact us at contact@meliavum.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy when the site or services we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
